Joburg Pride Competition Details

Terms and conditions:

  1. The winner will be decided by a lucky draw and will be announced by the 30th November 2018.
    • Every attempt will be made to get hold of you with the details you have provided, however, if we are not successful in making contact and verifying you are the winner, we will be forced to draw again after 24 hours.
  2. Your prize includes:
    • Return economy air fares for 2 people to Cape Town, leaving on Friday, 2nd March 2019 and returning on Sunday 4th of March 2019
    • 2 night’s accommodation in a city hotel on a bed and breakfast basis
    • Airport transfers in Cape Town
    • VIP tickets to Cape Town Pride
    • We the Brave hamper
  3. Not included in your prize:
    • Airport transfers in departure city
    • Any transport during stay in Cape Town
    • Extra hotel expenses incurred during your stay
    • Spending money or any other subsistence costs
  4. Eligibility:
    The winner must confirm the name and details for their travelling partner before the 15th of December 2018.

    • The winner and partner must be 18 years or over and in possession of a valid ID.
    • Both will be required to sign an official Anova Health Institute document outlining these Terms and Conditions prior to departure.
    • You will be required to bring copies of your IDs for verification purposes.
  5. Rules:
    • Prize is non-transferrable and cannot be sold to anyone else
    • The financial implication of missing any flight will be your sole responsibility and you may be liable for any potential extra costs incurred
    • Flights are not valid for any changes after they have been confirmed
    • Winner and partner must agree to be photographed for marketing purposes, which will then be shared on We The Brave social media platforms
    • The Anova Health Institute does not take responsibility for any injury, death,  loss of possessions or any damage to property experienced or caused by the winner and their partner. Any costs in the event of an accident or medical emergency is your sole responsibility
